We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavor to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon peak business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone.Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.


We will ask for valid ID for restricted items such as alcohol, if valid ID is not provided your goods will not be delivered.
